Returns & Refund Policy
Because these materials are research chemicals whose storage conditions cannot be verified once they leave our control, all sales are final.

All Sales Final and Firm
All sales are final and firm. We do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been placed and paid, including for change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or unused material.
Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, cancellations are not accepted.
Lost Packages
If a package is lost in transit, we will open an investigation with the carrier. Once the investigation is concluded, we will send a replacement order instead of a refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, or the item received does not match the item ordered, email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the package and vials. Verified cases are resolved with a replacement.
Orders We Cancel
If we decline or cancel an order on our side before shipment, the full amount paid is refunded to the original payment method.
