Delivery Timeframe
Orders are delivered within 5 to 7 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days exclude weekends and US federal holidays.
Shipping Rates
Shipping within the United States and Puerto Rico is free on orders of $100.00 or more. Orders below that amount ship at a flat rate of $8.00.
Addresses
Please confirm your shipping address before completing payment. We cannot redirect a package once it has been handed to the carrier, and orders returned due to an incorrect address may incur a new shipping charge.
Lost Packages
If a package is lost in transit, contact us with your order number and we will open an investigation with the carrier. Once the investigation is concluded, we will send a replacement order.
Packaging and Handling
Materials are packaged for laboratory shipment and, where the compound requires it, shipped with cold packs. Inspect your package on arrival and report any damage with photos within 48 hours.
