All materials are supplied for in vitro laboratory research use only. Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for identification purposes and are not statements of intended use in humans or animals.

Orders, Pricing and Availability

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. We may decline, limit, or cancel an order, including after it has been submitted, if the order cannot be verified or appears inconsistent with lawful research use. Where we cancel, you receive a full refund.

Payment

Payment is processed by Stripe at checkout. Submitting an order authorizes the charge for the products, applicable shipping, and any taxes.

Buyer Responsibility

The buyer is solely responsible for lawful storage, handling, use, and disposal of all materials, and for compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any loss arising from use of materials outside laboratory research.
